REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT PETITION FOR REZONING - MICHAEL HEISE
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Michael P.
Heise requesting that the Zoning Districting Map be
amended to rezone the property at W182 S8450 Racine
Avenue in the S 112 of Section 16 from RS-1 to RSM to
permit housing for the elderly.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the rezoning request
submitted by Michael P. Heise to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
