REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE
DOG KENNEL - LEE SHANE
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Lee Shane
requesting that a conditional use be granted for his
property at S92 W19918 Henneberry Drive to permit a ..dog
kennel for no more than 20 dogs to be boarded and/or
trained by him.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition of
Lee Shane for a conditional use grant to permit a dog
kennel to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing has been
