APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
GERALD SMITH DUPLEX
WHEREAS an application for a remodeling permit has
been submitted by Gerald Smith for the property at
S67 W14602 Janesville Road to remodel the existing single
family dwelling to be used as a duplex, and
WHEREAS duplexes are permitted-use-by-right in an
RSA District, subject to building, site and operational
plan approval by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the Building, Site
and Operational Plans submitted by Gerald Smith for the
property at S67 W14602 Janesville Road.
