APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
WAUER FUR FOODS
WHEREAS plans prepared by Van Horn Construction, Inc.
on March 1, 1980 have been submitted by Carl Wauer for
the construction of a building to house the Wauer Fur Food,
Inc. business at S81 W21392 Wauer Lane, and
WHEREAS this building will replace an existing building
which will be demolished, and
WHEREAS this building will be constructed on a
different location as shown on the site plan, and
WHEREAS the use would not be considered an expansion
of use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised site
plan submitted by Carl Wauer for the construction of a building
for Wauer Fur Food, Inc.
