APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT TO PEWIT DUPLEX
GARY F . GREIVELL
WHEREAS GarycF. ~Greivell has submitted a- petition for
a Conditional Use Grant to permit the use of his property
at 584 W17698 Woods Road as a duplex, and
WHEREAS this property was rezoned to RS-1 (OD) (overlay
for: .duplex).- by Ordinance;.#361 on October. .10 ,~ ,1978, and- dup1.exe.s- -
are permitted in an OD Distr'ict with a Conditional Use Grant,
and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS Planning. Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS some remodeling has been done on the dwelling.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby grant Conditional Use Grant
No. 80 to Gary F. Greivell to permit the use of his property
at S84 W17698 Woods Road as a duplex, subject to the condi-
tion that an Occupancy Permit be obtained from the Building
Inspection Department.
