REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
PETITION FOR CONDITIONAZ. USE GRANT

WHEREAS Gary F. Greivell has submitted a petition for
a Conditional Use Grant to permit the use of his property
at S84 w17698 Woods Road as a duplex, and
WHEREAS this property was rezoned to RS-1 (OD) (overlay
for duplex) by Ordinance #361 on October 10, 1978, and duplexes
are permitted in an OD District with a Conditional Use Grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition of Gary F.
Greivell for a Conditional Use Grant to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
held on March 18, 1980, at 7 45 P.M.
