PCR1980018RESOLUTION #P. C 18-80 RECOMMENDATION TO DENY REZONING REQUEST JOHN D. HUBER (formerly The Reef) WHEREAS John D. Huber has submitted a petition to amend the Districting Map to rezone the property at S86 W13988 Priegel Drive (formerly The Reef) from WF and R-2 (OLR) (overlay for lake recreation) to WF and R-2 (OD) (overlay for duplex) to permit the use of the existing structure as a duplex, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this request and has recornended that the rezoning be denied because of the location of the building in relation to the wetland floodplain, and WHEREAS this would be a higher density use and it appears that the soil condition would not lend itself to an on-site disposal system. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request of John D. Huber to rezone the property at S86 W13988 Preigel Drive from WF and R-2 (OLR) to WF and R-2 (OD) be denied. City of Muskego Plan Commission Defeated Deferred
