RECOMMENDATION TO TERMINATE CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
SUN OIL COMPANY
WHEREAS Conditional Use Grant #51 recorded with the
Register of Deeds for the property at S63 W18551 College
Avenue owned by Sun Oil Company expired on February 18, 1970,
and
WHEREAS in order to officially terminate the Conditional
Use Grant, action is required by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that Conditional Use Grant 851 be terminated.
