APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
TOM H. LUDWIG
WHEREAS Tom H. Ludwig has submitted a petition for a
Conditional Use Grant for the property located south of
Hwy. 36 and north of Muskego Dam Rd. in the NW 114 of
Section 34 for the purpose of constructing a woodworking
cabinet shop, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed
this request and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that an easement of 20' on
each side along the centerline of the creek meandering
through this property be provided, and
WHEREAS a condition shall be noted on the Conditional
Use Grant prohibiting all outside storage.
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
Tom H. Ludwig for a Conditional Use Grant for the property
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
at S106 W16440 Muskego Dam Road in the NW 114 of Section 34
for the purpose of constructing a woodworking cabinet shop,
subject to the condition that the necessary easement be
provided and with the condition that all outside storage be
prohibited.
