APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HAROLD DIEKFUSS
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Harold Diekfuss & (CoRRECTlO*) for a acre divlsion of his property in the SW 114 of
Section 2, and
WHEREAS there is a proposed 50' drainage easement
through this division, and
WHEREAS the sketch conforms to a development plan sub-
mitted on March 7, 1978, and
WHEREAS this area is zoned RS-1 and the proposed division
more than meets the requirements for this district, and
WHEREAS this division is located adjacent to Lawndale
Place.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Couunission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Harold Diekfuss for a ne acre division of his property in the
SW 114 of Section 2.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the Planning Consultant and Zoning Officer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not usurp
the authority of the Common Council for the availability of
sewers.
