REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
, PETITION FOR REZONING
DAVID J. CUNNINGHAM
WHEREAS David J. Cunningham, Northland Development Co.,
has submitted a petition to amend the Districting Map to
rezone the property at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue
and Highway 24 in the SE 114 of Section 8 from B-2 to RS-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for re-
zoning of the property at the northwest corner of Racine
Avenue and Highway 24 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
review and recommendation.
