REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PETITION FOR REZONING
THE REEF
WHEREAS John D. Huber of Milwaukee, has submitted a
petition to amend the Districting Map to rezone the property
at S86 W13988 Priegel Drive (The Reef) fron WF and R-2 (OLR)
(overlay for lake recreation) to WF and R-2 (OD) (overlay
for duplex), to permit the use of the existing structure
as a duplex.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of .
the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for re-
zoning of The Reef to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
review and recommendation.
