DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
RUSTIC ACRES - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Rustic Acres, a 15 lot
subdivision in the Town of Norway, prepared by William E. Yach,
land surveyor, with revision date of November 29, 1979, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the Racine County Planning and Zoning Commission
has expressed concern about the floodplain in the area, and
has requested the developer to submit an amended design, and
WHEREAS a school impact study has not been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City o:E :Muskego does hereby deny, and recomnends denial to the
Common Council, the preliminary plat of Rustic Acres in the
Town of Norway.
