a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS in order to terminate the Conditional Use Grant, a
public hearing is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for Tuesday,
February 19, 1980 at 7:45 P.M. to consider the removal of the
above conditional use grants.
