SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
TERMINATION OF CERTAIN CONDITIONAL USE GRANTS
WHEREAS the property described below has a Conditional
Use Grant which is recorded with the Register of Deeds
4/51 - S63 W18551 College Avenue
Sun Oil Company
and
WHEREAS the current use of this property does not require
a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS in order to terminate the Conditional Use Grant,
a public hearing is necessary.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does 'hereby set a public hearing for Tuesday,
February 19, 1980 at 7 45 P.M. to consider the removal of the
above conditional use grant.
