APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
RUSTIC ACRES - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Rustic Acres, a 15 lot
subdivision in the Town of Norway, prepared by William E. Yach,
land surveyor, with revision date of November 29, 1979, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plat and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has determined that a school
impact study shall be submitted for all new subdivisions in the
City of Muskego and the Town of Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the preliminary plat for Rustic Acres
in the Town of Norway, subject to receipt of an acceptable school
impact study.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
