APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
PROPOSED FIRE DEPT. SUBSTATION - SECTION 5
WHEREAS it is proposed to divide land of approximately 1
acre in size on the southeast corner of Tans Drive and Racine
Avenue in the SE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS this land is to be purchased by the City of Muskego
for the construction of a Fire Department Substation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the division
of approximately one acre of the Norman Thomas property on the
southeast corner of Tans Drive and Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to the submittal of a certified survey map to finalize
this division.
