ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
HARLOW STICHMANN
WHEREAS Harlow Stichmann, S67 W16825 Green Ridge Trail,
has requested permission to construct a 22' x 31', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
-
WHEEAS'it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Harlow Stichmann for a 22' x 31', unattached, second garage
structure at S67 W16825 Green Ridge Trail.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing building
on the lot.
