RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHETREAS-iD. Stemper has submitted a certified survey map
division of the Eleanor B. Fons property (formerly Froelich
property) on Gold Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS it,is the general intent of the Land Division
Ordinance to regulate the division of land, and in part pro- vides to: - Lessen Congestion in the streets and highways. - Further the orderly layout and appropriate use of land; - Prevent the overcrowding of land; - Restrict Building Sites on floodlands, shorelands, areas
covered by poor soils, or in other areas poorly suited
for development.

tract of land, not to approve the minor subdivision until an

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
denial of the certified survey map submitted by D. Stenper for a
Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 for the following reasons:
