RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
DEAN OSCHMANN
WHEREAS Dean Oschrnann has petitioned the City of Muskego
for legal lot status of Lot 1, Block 1 in Ladwig's Grove
(unrecorded) in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS this lot is in an RS-3 District which requires
lots of 15,000 sq. ft. in area with a 100' average width, and
WHEREAS this lot is 15,188 sq. ft. with an average width
of 95.90', and
WHEREAS it 'would not be possible to realign the lot line
due to the location of the dwelling on the adjoining lot and
because that lot has an average width of 99.39', and
WHEREAS it is the intention of the owner not to develop this
property until sewer is available.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the request for legal lot status of Lot 1, Block 1 in Ladwig's
Grove (unrecorded) by Dean Oschmann be approved.
