ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EDMUND KAMINSKI
WHEREAS Edmund Kaminski, S69 W12956 Woods Road, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 26', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Edmund Kaminski for a 24' x 26' unattached, second garage
structure at S69 W12956 Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
building on the lot.
