AND RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL
ADOPTION OF PROJECT PLANS
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICTS NUMBERS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has prepared Project Plans for
TID Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 as attached, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission held a public hearing on the
Project Plans on November 20, 1979 after written notice had
been mailed to the Chief Executive Officers of all local entities
having the power to levy taxes on property located within the
districts and to the school board of the school district which
includes property located within the proposed districts, and
had published as a Class 2 notice under Wisconsin Statute 985 of
said hearing as required in Wisconsin Statute 66.46. 0
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby adopt the attached Project Plans
and recommends to the Common Council that the Project Plans for
Tax Incremental Districts Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 be
adopted before December 31, 1979, to assure the City is eligible
to receive tax increments in 1981,
