APPROVAL OF REVISED SITE PLAN
E. J. SALENTINE
WHEREAS a revised site plan has been submitted by E. J.
Salentine, S66 W14444 Janesville Road, regpesting approval
for a 20' x 35' metal shed to be used for the storage of
parts at his automobile dealership under Conditional Use
Grant #46, and
WHEREAS it appears that such change does not constitute
a substantial alteration and a public hearing will not be
required.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of
the City.of Pluskego does hereby approve the request of E. J.
Salentine for a 20' x 35' metal shed to be used for the storage
of parts to be located as shown on the revised site plan sub-
mitted October 24, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architecture of this
shed shall be compatible with the existing buildings on the
lot.
