APPROVAL OF REVSSED BUILGING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
PRECISION SCREWTHREAD
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for a 24' x 30'
detached garage to be constructed for Precision Screwthread
Corporation, S82 W19275 Apollo Drive, in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the Rules and Regulations for the Industrial
Park require Plan Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for
construction of a 24' x 30' detached garage for Precision
Screwthread in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park to be
. located as shown on the revised site plan submitted on
October 19, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design
of this garage shall be compatible with the existing building
on the lot and the fluted.block exterior shall be the same
color as the existing building.
