APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
MELVIN J.JOHNSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a final plat for the Melvin J. Johnson Subdivision
in the Town of Norway consisting of 18 lots, prepared by
Kenneth R. Reesman with revision date of October 31, 1979, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution
WP. C. 60-79 adopted May 1, 1979, and
WHEREAS the revised final plat substantially conforms to
the approved preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS a school impact study has been submitted as re-
quested but is unacceptable.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Comon Council, the final plat of the Melvin J. Johnson
Subdivision in the Town of Norway, subject to the condition
that a school impact study acceptable to the Plan Commission
be submitted
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
