AKCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GREG BCEHM
WHEREAS Greg Boehm, S81 W16964 Woods Road, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 30', unattached
second garage structure €or storage pukposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would
have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surroundinp properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Greg Boehm for a 24' x 30' unattached, second garage
structure for storage purposes at S81 W16964 Woods Road
BE IT FURTHEK RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
buildings on the lot.
