SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT PROJECT PLANS
WHEREAS the Tax Increment Law provides that after prepar-
ation and adoption of the proposed project plan for the Tax
Increment Districts, a public hearing must be held to allow
interested parties a reasonable opportunity to express their
views on the proposed project plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date on
the proposed project plans for Tax Increment Districts 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, for Tuesday, November 20, 1979 at 7:OO P.M.
at Muskego City Hall.
