ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF PUMPHOUSES
FOR WELLS 111 and #2
MARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for architectural approval
of two pumphouses to be located in Marlan Meadows subdivision,
and
WHEREAS the plans prepared by Roger M Johnson, Engineer,
October 4, 1979, indicate that the pumphouse for Well No. 1
will be constructed with brick, rough-sawn cedar and asphalt
shingles and will be located on Outlot 3 as shown on the site
plan, and the pumphouse for Well No. 2 will be constructed
with brick with cedar shake roof and will be located in the
access to Outlot 1 as shown on the site plan which was approved
by the Parks and Recreation Board, the Comon Council and the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has approved the
pumphouse for Well #2 subject to the condition that: the driveway a be asphalted.
THEREFOKE BE IT KESULVLD that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby architecturally approve the request
for two pumphouses to be located in the Marlan Meadows subdi-
vision, subject to the condition that the driveways to each one
be asphalted.
