DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAK MEADOW ESTATES
J. Potrykus dated July 31, 1979, for Oak Meadow Estates, a 98
lot subdivision of the Haut property in the NW 114 of Section
31, has been submitted to the Plan Conmission, and
denied in Resolution #P. C. 99-79 dated July 17, 1979, and
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for this subdivision was
subdivision and have requested dedication of a 150' strip of
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has reviewed this
land on the east edge of Oak Meadow Estates adjoining the
dedicated park area of Lake Meadows, and
October 9, 1979, establishing the policy that no prelirrinary
plat will be considered by them until all efforts to change
the sewer district boundaries to conform to the RS-2 zoning
in the area have been exhausted or until July 1, 1980, which-
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat prepared by Stanley
WHEREAS the Corrcnon Council adopted Resolution #lal-79 on
ever comes first, and
WHEREAS the road layout needs to be redesigned to allow
for the 150' strip as requested by the Parks Board and to tie
the development in with the property to the south, and
system has not been submitted, and
to serve the tract have not been indicated on the plat.
City of Muskego does hereby deny, and recommends denial to the
Common Council, the revised preliminary plat for Oak Meadow
Estates because of the 150' strip of land requested by the
Parks Board, Resolution #181-79 adopted by the Comon Council,
the unacceptable road pattern, the Inpact on the School Systerr:
Study which was not submitted, and the location of the nearest
sewer mains which might be extended to serve the tract has
not been indicated on the plat.
WHEREAS the study indicating the impact on the school

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the a
