APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
ART ZANGERLE
WHEREAS on October 2, 1979 the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution #P C. 146-79 (As Amended) entitled Approval of
Building., Site and Operational Plans, and
WHEREAS the Zangerle's have submitted a landscape plan
which meets the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and the
recommendations of the Planner's Report, but does not, however,
provide for bituminous concrete driveway and parking area as
required in Resolution #P. C. 146-79 As Amended.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby
by Art and Jeanne Zangerle.
BE IT FURTHER KESOLVED
condition that the driveway
shown on the Landscape plan
approve the Landscape Plan submitted
that this approval is subject to the

coated andlor kept dust free.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned
upon the receipt of a surety bond in the amount of $10,000.00
to assure the completion of the landscaping and asphalting.
