DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
AL FONS
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by A1 Fons for a
three parcel division of property on Gold Drive in the
SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Fangiamele has reviewed this
development and presented his report dated October 2, 1979.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of A1 Fons for
a three parcel division of property on Gold Drive for the
following reasons
1. Whenever possible it is the policy of the Plan
Commission not to approve divisions of land on
existing collector streets.
2. Lots created in this area should be served frolr
interior streets.
3. Until an overall plan has been approved and a
certified survey map approved for the 5 acre
division of land on Hillendale, no future divi-
sions will be approved.
