ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
GERHARD REINER
WHEREAS Gerhard Reiner, W128 S7070 Flintlock Trail,
has requested permission to construct a 22' x 14', unattached,
second garage structure for storage purposes to replace an .
existing shed, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoynent of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Gerhard Reiner for a 22' x 14' unattached, second garage
structure for storage purposes to replace an existing shed at
W128 S7070 Flintlock Trail
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be corpatible with the existing
buildings on the lot.
