APPROVAL OF AMENDED OLD WSKEGO SETTLENETEPiT PARK
SITE PLAN
WHEREAS the Muskego Historical Society has subpitted
a site plan of the Old Muskego Settlement Park for approval
by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the plan has been amended to move the proposed
school house to the south of a possible road extension, and
WHEREAS the Parks and Recreation Board has reviewed this
plan and has recomnended approval subject to the condition
that the road be used for access to the buildings only.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Amended Old Muskego
Settlement Park Site Plan as submitted Septevber 18, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any changes to the approved
plan must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Eoard and
the Plan Comission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all buildings proposed must
be architecturally approved by the Plan Comission before
erection.
