APPROVAL OF KEQUEST FOR BASS POND
DON MACHT
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Don Macht for
a 140' x 275' Bass Pond to be constructed on his property
at W207 S7004 High Bluff Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 6, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed this sketch and have recommended approval
subject to the conditions that the existing elevation at the
east end of the pond be maintained and no portions of the
excavation shall be dumped onto the adjoining city property
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Don Macht
to construct a pond 140' x 275' on his property at W207
57004 High Bluff Drive, subject to the conditions that the
existing elevation at the east end of the pond be maintained
and no portions of the excavation shall be dumped onto the
adjoining city property.
