APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
EARL MEINEN AND AL MEINEN, JR
WHEREAS a sketch has been subnitted by Earl EZeinen and
A1 Eleinen, Jr for a two parcel division of the Bailey/
Laczniak property on Durham Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 11,
and
WHEREAS a previous request for a one parcel division of
this property was approved in #P C. 181-77, November 15, 1977,
for John Stender, but this division was never finalized, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000 sq.
0 ft. lots with 100' average width, and the lots proposed nore
than meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel
division of the BaileyfLaczniak property on Durham Drive in
the NE 1/4 of Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey nap to
finalize this division along with a $25 00 fee to assist in
defraying the cost of review, and a fee of $200.00 in lieu of
park dedication.
