APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
EVELYN & MARGARET KRAUSE
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Robert E Jagusch
for a one parcel division of the Evelyn and Margaret Krause
property at the intersection of Highway 36 and Highway 45 in
the SE 114 of Section 25, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel consists of 13 3 acres total,
and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Nangiamele has reviewed the
sketch and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RFSOLVED that the Plan Connission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a 13.3 acre
division of the Evelyn and Margaret Krause property in the
SE 114 of Section 25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division, along with a $25.00 fee to assist in
defraying the cost of review, and a fee of $200 00 in lieu of
park dedication.
