PCR1979146RESOLUTION #P C. 146-79 (his RKEN~E~) APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS ART ZANGERLE WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been submitted to the Plan Comission on September 25, 1979 by Art and Jeanne Zangerle for a metal storage building to be constructed on their property at S84 W20938 Janesville P.oad, and in Ordinance #377 adopted Septerber 25, 1979, and WHEREAS the property was rezoned to 1-2 by the Common Council a variance to permit construction of the building in the location as shown on the site plan, and WHEREAS the Board of Appeals on Septerber 27, 1979, granted WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the plans and has recomended approval subject to the conditions that a planting screen be established using existing everereens which could be transplanted along with the addition of new ever- greens parallel to Janesville Road along the total southern edge of the drive/parking area; that outside storage be limited to an area not to exceed the size of the building and to be contained in an area to the immediate north of the building; that the driveway be paved with bituminous concrete; that the parkinp and storage areas also be paved with bituninous concrete to the extent that it would mininize the affect of the storage of vehicles on the adjacent properties; that the tenporary drive to exceed 120 days from the date construction has started; and through the residential district be permitted for a period not of the driveway and planting screen along the residential lot that all Zoning Ordinance regulations pertaining to the location lines shall be complied with. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the ational plans for a 50' x 100' metal storage building on the City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and oper- Zangerle property at S84 W20936 Janesville Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. A landscape plan to include the recommendations of the planner and the Zoning Ordinance requirerent of a planting screen 15' wide and 6' tall adjacent to the residential areas, and to show that portion of the bituminous concrete shall be subpitted to the Plan storage and parking areas which will be paved with Comission for approval. 2 The driveway shall be paved with bituminous concrete and shall remain a minirrum of 10' from the residential be paved with bituminous concrete to the extent that lot lines. The parking and storage areas shall also it would minimize the affect of the storage of vehicles on the adjacent properties. Resolution #P. C. 146-79 Page Two 3. Outside storage shall be Limited to an area not to exceed the size of the building and shall be contained in an area to the imnediate north of the buildinp 4. The temporary drive through the residential district shall be permitted for a period not to exceed 120 days from date construction has started, after which time the proposed use shall be served exclusively from a driveway located in the 1-2 district. 5.
