DENIAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
RONALD CASWELL
DOG KENNEL
Swartwout 111 on behalf of Ronald and Clarita Caswell for
a Conditional Use Grant to permit a non-commercial kennel
for the breeding, showing and raising of collies, and
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Willis B.
request, and
WHEREAS a public hearing has been held regardinp the
WHEREAS a majority of the residents living adjacent to
or near the area involved have expressed objection to the
request, and
WHEREAS the area involved is made up of a minor subdivi-
sion with some lots that do not meet the requirements of the
zoning ordinance for an Agricultural District.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Ronald and
Clarita Caswell for a conditional use grant to permit a non-
commercial kennel for the breeding, showing and raising of
Collies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this denial is based on the
1. The area involved, although zoned Agricultural,

encompasses a minor subdivision nade up of several
lots which do not meet the requirements of the
zoning ordinance for an Agricultural District.
2. The close proximity of the building, runway, etc.
to the adjacent neighbors could create substantial
nuisance, noise, etc.
