APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
DOG KENNEL
RONALD CASWELL
Swartwout I11 on behalf of Ronald and Clarita Caswell for
a Conditional Use Grant to permit a non-commercial kennel
for the breeding, showing and raising of collies, and
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Willis B.
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning
Officer Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended
approval with the following conditions:

WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Ronald and Clarita Caswell for a Conditional Use Grant to
permit a non-commercial kennel for the breeding, showing and
raising of collies at W145 S9675 Groveway Lane, subject to
the following conditions:
1. Comercial housing of dogs is prohibited.
2. The building housing the animals must meet
the approval of the Building Inspector.
3 A maximum of 12 dogs over 12 months of age permitted.
