.A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES
OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER SEVEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO
Increment Law") provides the authority and establishes the procedures

WHEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes (the "Tax

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due consideration following
the said public hearing, determined that the creation of a tax
description attached to this resolution will provide the City of

Muskego with a viable method of financing the costs of needed
public improvements within the said area, thereby creating incentives
and opportunities for appropriate private development, including new
development and improvement of existing development, which will
contribute to the overall industrial development of the City of
Muskegc; ani?
WHEREAS, the City has received the professional Opinion of its
consulting engineer that the total area of the proposed district is
no more than291.962 acres and that no less thar86.557 acres of the
proposed district is suitable for "industrial sites" within the
meaning of Wisconsin Statutes, Section 66.52; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedures specified in the Tax
district, the Planning Commission must designate the boundaries of
Increment Law, before the common Council may create any tax incremental
of such district to the Common Council;

A RESOLUTION CREATING, DESCRIBING AND MAKING
CERTAIN FINDINGS CONCERNING TAX' INCREMENTAL DISTRICT
NUMBER SEVEN, CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the development of industrial sites in the City of
Muskego is recognized as a major'need of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego desires to create a 'tax incremental
district, in accordance with the provisions of Section 66.46 of the
Wisconsin Statutes (the "Tax Increment Law"), in order to provide a
within the said district and thereby create incentives and opportuni-
viable method of financing the costs of needed public improvements

NOW, THEREFORE, BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MUSKEGO, as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Tax Increment Law, there is hereby created
a tax incremental district, to be known as "Tax Incremental District
Number Seven, City of Muskego", the boundaries of thich shall be
those recommended to the Common Council by the Planning.Commission -
as specified in the attached Exhibit A.
2. The said tax incremental district is created as of January 1,
1979.
3. The Common Council hereby finds and declares that:

taxable property within the City of Muskego, there being
no more tax incremental districts in the City of Muskego.
4. The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare a Project Plan for Tax Incremental District Number Seven,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46 (4) (d) of the Wisconsin
Statutes, and to submit the said Plan to the Common Council for its
review and approval.
5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to apply to
