A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES
OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER TWO
CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes (the “Tax
Increment Law“) provides the authority and establishes the procedures
for creating tax incremental districts: and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after due consideration following

CERTAIN FINDINGS CONCERNING TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT
A RESOLUTION CREATING, DESCRIBING AND MAKING
NUMBER TWO, CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the development of industrial sites in the City of
Muskego is recognized as a major need of the City; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MUSKEGO, as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Tax Increment Law, there is hereby created
a tax incremental district, to be known as "Tax Incremental District
Number Two, City of Muskego", the boundaries of which shall be
those recommended to the Common Council by the Planning Commission
as specified in the attached Exhibit A. -

2. The said tax incremental district is created as of January 1,

no more tax incremental districts in the City of Muskego.
4. The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and,directed to
prepare a Project Plan for Tax Incremental District Number Two,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46(4) (d) of the Wisconsin
Statutes, and to submit the said Plan to the Common Counci,l for its
review and approval.
0 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to apply to
the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, in such form as may be prescribed,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46 (5) (b) of the Wisconsin
