BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN APPROVAL
OLD MUSKEG0 SETTLEMENT PARK
CIVIC CENTER SITE
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by the Muskego Historical
Society for a 16' x 20' building, and
WHEREAS a site plan has been submitted showing the
approximate location drawn on the revised site plan of the
Civic Center Site prepared by David Schreiber & Associates of
Madison, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comission must approve buildinp,, site
and operation plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building plans for a
16' x 20' building to be constructed in the Old Muskego Settle-
ment Park portion of the Civic Center Site as shown on the
revised site plan, subject to the approval of the Building
Inspector.
BE IT FURTHER FXSOLVED that no future building, site and
operational plans for any future building will be approved
until an accurate and up-to-date site plan has been approved
by the Parks and Recreation Board and the Plan Commission.
