REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE
RONALD CASWELL
WHEREAS a petition has been subrritted by Willis B.
Swartwout 111 on behalf of Ronald and Clarita Caswell for
a Conditional Use Grant to permit a non-commercial kennel
for the breeding, showing and raising of collies, and
WHEREAS a public hearing has been set for Tuesday,
September 18, 1979 at 7:45 P.M. to consider this petition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Ronald and
Clarita Caswell for a Conditional Use Grant to permit a non-
commercial kennel on the property at W145 59675 Groveway Lane
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for
review and recorn-endation.
