DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMEhT
AMANN'S BEACH
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Inman Engineering
for an eight parcel division of the Amann property located
in the SE 114 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS this sketch is not acceptable to the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
denial.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted by
Inman Engineering for an eight parcel division of the Amann
property in the SE 114 of Section 31.
