APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Pizza Hut for
a 43.68 sq. ft. internally illuminated freestanding sign
with a total height of 18' l", red and black on a white
background, to be located 20' from the base setback line, and
WHEREAS the proposed sign is in accordance with the
approved Guidelines for Sign Approval and the pr.oposed '
Zoning Ordinance Amendments recommended by the Plan Comission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Pizza Hut
for a 43.68 sq. ft. internally illuminated freestanding sign
with a total height of 18' l", red and black on a white back-
ground, to be located 20' from the base setback line at
S73 W16730 Janesville Road.
