APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FRANK NOLTING
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, July 22, 1979, has been submitted to finalize
a three parcel division of the Frank Nolting property on Woods
Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a sketch for a two
parcel division of this property for Mike Wehr on January 2,
1979 in Resolution #P. C. 2-79, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
survey and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS the City Engineers have reviewed this survey and
have approved the drainage easement shown on Parcel 3, and have
recommended that 70 feet also be reserved for the drainage ease-
ment continuing south from the easement as shown on the certified
survey map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a three parcel division of the Frank Nolting property on Woods
Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 12, subject to the condition
that 70 !feet also be reserved for the drainage easement con-
tinuing south from the easement as shown on the certified survey
map as recornended by the City Engineers
BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $25.00 shall be sub-
mitted to help defray the cost of review, and a $200.00 fee per
parcel in lieu of park dedication shall be submitted to the City
e of Muskego.
