RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING DISTRICTING MAP
R-1 and R-2 to 1-2
WHEREAS Art Zangerle has submitted a petition requesting
that the Zoning Districting Map be changed to rezone his prop-
erty at S84 W20938 Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 18
from R-1 and R-2.to 1-2, to permit the erection of a storage
building and the parking of construction equipment, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition to
the Plan Cormnission for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
request and has recommended approval subject to the condition
that the wetland-floodplain zoning remain intact, and
0 WHEREAS this property abuts property to the west presently
zoned 1-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recornend to the Common Council that
the Zoning Districting Map be changed to rezone the property at
S84 W20938 Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 from R-1
and R-2 to 1-2, leaving the wetland-floodplain zoning intact.
