PCR1979128RESOLUTION #P C. 128-79 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE ROGER BUCK WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Roger Buck, W152 S6426 Lawndale Place, to permit construction of a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure, to be used for storage purposes, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason- able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-1 District. \ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Archi- tectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Roger Buck for a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings on the lot.
