APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR JAND DIVISION
AMANN'S BEACH
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Daniel & Bernice Amann property at SllO W20874
Denoon Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval of this division provided the width be increased to
110' to confom. to the RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Daniel & Bernice Amann property at SI10 W20874
Denoon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission would be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map indicating
a lot width of llO', along with a fee of $25.00 to assist in
defraying the cost of review and a fee of $200.00 in lieu of
park dedication.
