APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
ANNA ACRES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS a final plat for Anna Acres, a 17 lot sub-
division in the Town of Norway prepared by John F. Dergin,
October 24, 1978, has been submitted to the Plan Comis-
sion for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the
Plan Comission in Resolution SIP. C 215-78 adopted Dec-
ember 5, 1978, and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms substantially to the
approved preliminary plat, except for extended road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Anna
Acres in 'the Town of Norway, and recomends approval to the
Comon Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
